The software is capable of being operated by the Contest Director, school Band Directors, performance Judges, and (optionally) Accompanists with minimal training. New training materials are in development for each of these sections of the program. However the software can be used in a practice mode, so each of these types of users can become familiar with the software well before the day of a contest.
For contests in and near Texas, USA staff from Solo-Ensemble.com can be available for on-site training and/or attending a contest for additional fees. Experienced users of the software (Contest Directors who have used the software before) can register with Solo-Ensemble.com to become paid consultants for other contests that use the software.
